                            Further re board changes

The appointment of Denham Hervey Newall Eke as non-executive chairman and Hugh
Mac Giolla Ri as a non-executive director of betinternet was announced on 4
April 2003. Further to this, the Company makes the following disclosures
pursuant to Schedule 2F of the AIM Rules.
