GOLD FIELDS LIMITED

APPLICATION FOR LISTING OF CONSIDERATION SHARES

 

Application has been made for admission to the Official List of the London
Stock Exchange of 14,026,870 ordinary shares of ZAR0.50 in the Company (which
has a secondary listing in London and its primary listing in Johannesburg)
which have been issued and allotted by the company. Of the 14,026,870 ordinary
shares in the Company 12,000,000 were issued to WMC Resources Limited and
2,026,870 were issued in respect of the GF Management Incentive Scheme. It is
expected that such admission will become effective and that dealings in those
shares will commence in London on 02 May 2003.
