On 2 June 2003 the Company received notification from Shiarran Limited pursuant
to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 that, on 30 May 2003, it had acquired
17,678,496 ordinary shares in the Company from Stomp Limited. This represents
29.9% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
