(1)     it received notification yesterday from ISIS Asset Management
        plc that ISIS Asset Management plc has a revised notifiable interest in
        7,682,986 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately
        20.164% of the issued ordinary share capital.

        Such interest includes the material interests of the clients of ISIS
        Asset Management plc referred to below:

(2)     it received notification yesterday that Erudite Ltd, a UK
        company owned by Peter Gyllenhammar, has acquired 750,000 Ordinary
        Shares in the Company which increases his beneficial interest to
        4,489,177 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 11.78% of the
        issued Ordinary Share Capital.



(3)     it also received notification yesterday from James Sharp & Co
        that David Barry and Value Investments Limited no longer have a
        notifiable interest in the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
