from Legg Mason Investments (Europe) Limited that it has a revised notifiable
holding of 615,193 Ordinary Shares of 5 Pence each in the Company, representing
approximately 5.7% of the issued share capital. The holding comprises 550,493
shares in the name of Legg Mason Investors UK Emerging Growth Unit Trust, and
64,700 shares in the name of Legg Mason Investors AIM VCT plc.
