NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF DIRECTORS' INTERESTS

The potential beneficial interest of the Directors of Savills plc who are
employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee of The Savills plc 1992
Employee Benefit Trust has increased to 1,835,285 Ordinary Shares in the
Company, representing 2.95% of the Company's issued share capital, following the
resignation of an employee, with effect from 8 July 2003, who held 39,500 share
options under the Savills plc 1992 Executive Share Option Scheme.
