Following a transfer of 2,045,567 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares")
by London and Boston Investments plc to Harrell Hospitality Group Inc., the
Company has been made aware that London and Boston Investments is interested in
13,845,160 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents 18.9 per cent. of
the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.


Further to this Harrell Hospitality Group Inc, on 17 July 2003 sold 3,845,567
Ordinary Shares in the Company, following this sale and the transfer detailed
above Harrell Hospitality Group Inc. is now interested in 6,047,812 ordinary
shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, which represents 8.3 per
cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
