Cape Plc announces that it was informed on 10 September 2003 by ISIS Asset
Management plc that its client, Active Capital Trust, has purchased a further
300,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the purchase, Active Capital
Trust now holds 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
approximately 5.52 per cent. of the issued share capital of Cape.
