ADMISSION OF SHARES



Warrants to subscribe for 4,000,000 new Common Shares in Thistle Mining Inc. at
an exercise price of Cdn $0.25 cents per share, were exercised on 12 September
2003.



An application for the new Common Shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Friday 19 September 2003.

The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
