                     Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

Expro International Group PLC ("Expro" or "the Group"), the oilfield services
company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Martindale as Chief
Operating Officer with immediate effect.

Mike joined the Group in 1995 and was appointed to the Board in September 2002
as Director Eastern Hemisphere. In his new role, he will combine his previous
duties as Director Eastern Hemisphere with those previously held by Graeme
Coutts as Director Western Hemisphere. Previously, Mike had accumulated over 30
years experience in the oil industry with major and independent operators both
in the North Sea and overseas, holding senior management positions in project
management and asset management roles.

There is no information, which would require disclosure under paragraphs 6.F.2
(b) to 6.F.2 (g) and paragraphs 16.4 and 16.5 of the Listing Rules of the UK
Listing Authority.
