Further to the announcement on 28 November 2003 relating to the issue of equity
to Resource Capital Fund II L.P. related to a debt to equity swap, the Company
has made application for a total of 95,684,932 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM.


It is expected that admission to AIM will become effective on 5 December 2003.
