                     Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

On 20 January 2006, Glen Group plc announced the proposed acquisition of
Eclectic Holdings Ltd and placing of 250,000,000 new ordinary shares. At an
extraordinary general meeting held today, all resolutions, including the
resolution to approve the acquisition and permit the placing were duly passed.


It is expected that the new ordinary shares, issued pursuant to the placing and
the acquisition, will be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London
Stock Exchange on 15 February 2006.
