                 Directors Shareholding and Holdings in Company



The Company has been advised that on 27 February 2007, as a result of the
placing of new ordinary shares by the Company, the following relevant changes
occurred in holdings in its issued share capital:


(a) Graham J Duncan (Chief Executive Officer) reduced from 5.68% to 4.55%(1);

(b) Peter J Ford (Non-Executive Director) reduced from 4.98% to 3.99%(2);

(c) John Nicoll no longer holds a notifiable interest;

(d) Mark Simpson reduced from 6.00% to 4.80%;

(e) Stancroft Trust Limited reduced from 4.98% to 3.99%; and

(f) Colin West reduced from 4.42% to 3.54%.



Notes:

(1) Of the 22,821,314 ordinary shares in which Mr Duncan is interested,
4,422,324 are registered in the name of Margaret Helen Duncan, Mr Duncan's wife;
5,182,967 are registered in the name of Duncan Ventures Limited, an entity in
which Mr and Mrs Duncan are interested; and 8,000,000 are registered in the name
of Mr Duncan's pension fund, a money purchase personal pension.

(2) Of the 20,014,475 ordinary shares in which Mr Ford is interested, 3,000,000
are registered in the name of Mr Ford's pension fund, a money purchase personal
pension.

(3) Of the 13,568,680 ordinary shares in which Mr Nicoll is interested,
2,000,000 are registered in the name of Mr Nicoll's pension fund, a money
purchase personal pension.
