                           Director's Shareholding


The Company has been informed that on 19 December 2007, Ken Pratt, Managing
Director of Operations & Finance of Imagesound, purchased 200,000 shares at
11.95 pence per share. Mr. Pratt has a beneficial interest of 1,565,500 shares
which represents 2.5 per cent. of the issued ordinary shared capital of the
Company.
