Statement re resignation of Nomad

Landsbanki Securities (UK) Limited announces that it has tendered its
resignation as Nominated Adviser ("Nomad") and Broker to the Company and that
this resignation will take effect from 18 March 2008.

Under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Charterhouse is required to appoint
a new Nomad within one month of 18 March 2008, failing which the admission of
its securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
