                      ComputerLand UK PLC ("the Company")

                              Exercise of options


ComputerLand UK PLC announces that on 8 April 2008, Mike Kent and Martyn
Donnelly each exercised 15,000 options over ordinary shares at an exercise price
of 234 pence per ordinary share.  The ordinary shares were satisfied by the
transfer of ordinary shares held by The ComputerLand Employees Share Trust.   On
9 April 2008, Michael Kent and Martyn Donnelly accepted the offer from Capita
Group Plc (as detailed in the Offer Document dated 11 March 2008) in respect of
the ordinary shares outlined above.
