Circular re: Proposal for cancellation of admission of shares to trading on AIM 
 
Further to the announcement dated 19 May 2010 regarding the requisition for an 
extraordinary general meeting, Bulgarian Land Development Plc (the "Company"), 
the AIM listed Bulgarian residential and commercial development company, 
announces that it has today posted to shareholders a circular containing details 
of the proposal for cancellation of admission of shares to trading on AIM ("the 
Circular"). 
 
The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at 12.00 noon on 
21 July 2010 at 3rd Floor, 14 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JA. 
 
A copy of the Circular will shortly be available on the Company's website, 
www.bld.bg.
