Board Change

December 20th, 2010. AGI Therapeutics plc ("AGI" or the "Company) announces that David Young, a non-executive Director of the Company, will resign from the Board effective December 31st, 2010.

David was formerly Executive Director & President, US Operations of AGI up until October 2009. He is currently Chief Scientific Officer of Questcor Inc.
