FFastFill plc ("FFastFill" or the "Company")

Board Changes

Further to the announcement dated 21 March 2013 by Pattington Limited ("Pattington") that its recommended cash offer for FFastFill has been declared wholly unconditional in all respects, the Board of FFastFill announces that David Hurst-Brown, James Oliff, Nigel McCorkell and Nigel Hartnell have resigned as directors of the Company with immediate effect.

In addition, Aram Hoare (aged 39), Ciaran McGloin (aged 42) andSilvio Oliviero (aged 41) (together the "New Directors"), have been appointed as directors of the Company, as representatives of Pattington. Aram Hoare and Ciaran McGloin are also directors of Pattington Limited and all of the New Directors are also directors of other members of the ION group and its affiliates.

Further information required under AIM Rule 17 is detailed in the appendix of this announcement.

Save as disclosed in this announcement and the appendix below, there is no further information which is required to be announced under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
