Invu plc ("the Company") announces that following the sale on 27 September 2013 of 357,125 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") by his former partner, Colin Gallick, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has an interest in 2,857,125 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.7% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
