The Board of Baronsmead VCT 4 plc announces that on 29 September 2015 the Company purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 92.5 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 83,338,143 shares of which 10,225,130 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 4 plc is 73,113,013 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
