Dividend Declaration

Amati VCT plc announces today that it has resolved to declare an interim dividend of 2.0p per share. The ex-dividend date is 5 November 2015 with an associated record date of 6 November 2015. The dividend will be paid on 11 December 2015.

The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Re-Investment Scheme is 25 November 2015.
