The Notice of Annual General Meeting, contained within the Annual Report and 
Financial Statements, includes a special resolution to approve the adoption of 
new Articles of Association.  The proposed new Articles of Association 
(together with a document showing the changes to the existing Articles of 
Association) are available for inspection at the Company's registered office, 
12 Throgmorton Avenue, London EC2N 2DL until the close of the Annual General 
Meeting.  A copy of the proposed new Articles of Association has also been 
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for 
inspection on the above document viewing facility. A summary of the principal 
change to the Articles of Association is set out in the Directors' Report in 
the Annual Report and Financial Statements.
