Publication of 2016 Financial Statements and Notice of annual general meeting

IRF European Finance Investments Ltd will hold its annual general meeting on Friday 30 March 2018 at the offices of Estera Services (Bermuda) Limited, Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda at 10am Bermuda time.

The following documents are being posted on 6 March 2018 to its shareholders.

   --    2016 Financial Statements; 
   --    Notice of AGM; 
   --    Form of Proxy for the AGM; and 
   --    Form of Direction for the AGM.

Copies of these documents are available, free of charge, from the Company's registered office at Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton, HM 12, Bermuda and the office of Hogan Lovells International LLP at Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG until the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
