In connection with the Notes issued by the Issuer on 5 July 2017, certain amendments have been made to the Series 2017-1 Supplement dated 5 July 2017 with effect from 10 July 2018 in order to effect changes to the definitions of (i) Series 2017-1 Originator VFN Subordination Amount and (ii) Class A Covered Amount.

The definition of "Series 2017-1 Originator VFN Subordination Amount" has been amended to allow the Series 2017-1 Originator VFN Subordination Amount to be reduced to zero at the point in time that the Series 2017-1 Adjusted Investor Interest is reduced to zero (at which point the Notes are fully cash-collateralised).

The definition of "Class A Covered Amount" has been amended to effect the inclusion of certain senior expenses within the Class A Covered Amount for Series 2017-1.

The amendments have been made alongside equivalent amendments to the NewDay Group's own-brand master trust funding platform as regards the equivalent definitions for each Series. The amendments reflect the terms of the latest Series 2018-1 issuance under the own-brand master trust.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this Notice have the meanings given to them in the prospectus dated 30 June 2017 issued in respect of the Notes.
