The Company announces the resignation of Emma Turner from her position as Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from 10 July 2019. Emma has served as the Company Secretary since 17 January 2019.

The Company also announces the appointment of Sara Shanab as the new Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from 11 July 2019.
