In accordance with the terms of the base prospectus dated 28(th)
September 2018, the latest unaudited half-year financial statements
are now available on the heylo website
http://heylohousing.com/heylo-housing-group-retail-bond.
The company has continued make progress in the last 6 months and
as of today, 95% of the Company's property portfolio is occupied
and yielding. Once all properties in the portfolio are occupied and
yielding, we anticipate that the annual rent roll will be ca. GBP
560,000 i.e. >2x the annual bond payments. Further rent
collections have remained strong notwithstanding the disruptions
caused by the on-going pandemic.
