The following amendment has been made to the ' Form 8 (OPD) -
Hydrogen Group plc' announcement released today at 8:00 a.m. under
RNS No 2778Y .
The information in section 3 relating to the " Details of any
interests, short positions and rights to subscribe (including
directors' and other employee options) of any person acting in
concert with the party to the offer making the disclosure " has
been updated to remove the information relating to the Executive
Directors who form part of the Concert Party.
