Appointment of Director

BSF Enterprise Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Dennis Ow to the board of directors of the Company (the "Board"). Dennis Ow will join the Board with immediate effect.

Mr. Dennis Ow will bring many years' experience to the Board:

-- As an experienced corporate finance executive who has worked in various investment Banks in Asia;

   --    Extensive knowledge of capital markets, compliance and corporate governance; 
   --    Previously senior business manager of Asia Pacific for London Stock Exchange. 

Min Yang, the Chairman of BSF Enterprise Plc, said:

"I am delighted that Dennis has agreed to join the Board as a non-executive director. He brings a huge amount of corporate finance experience which will be invaluable as we look to effect an acquisition in the not too distant future."
