Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed on 19 January 2022 that on the same
day, Mr Michael O'Connell, Finance Director of the Company,
transferred an aggregate total of 23,553 ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from
his SIPP into his personal holding and an ISA in his name.
Following this transfer of Ordinary Shares, Mr Michael
O'Connell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains
unchanged and comprises 1,529,775 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 9.45% of the Company's issued share capital
(excluding shares held in treasury).
