Notice of Results and Annual General Meeting

TransGlobe Energy Corporation will release its full year financial and operating results for the period ended December 31, 2021 on March 17, 2022.

Notice of AGM

The 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on May 11, 2022 at 9:00 am (MDT) with a Record Date of March 23, 2022.

The Company will publish a management information circular to shareholders containing the notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting on or around April 8, 2022.
