The Company announces that it has been informed that, on 7 July 2022, Tim Eckes (Client Services Director) has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 15,686 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120.00 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), the same number of 15,686 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 120.35 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the completion of these transactions his ultimate beneficial ownership is unchanged and remains at 120,374 Ordinary Shares in total, representing approximately 0.73% of the Company's total voting rights.
