on the Supervisory Board Change

In accordance with of the extraordinary disclosure obligation stipulated under Section 55 of (Hungarian) Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market, MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) informs the public of the following changes in respect of the Supervisory Board:

The employment and mandate of dr. Ágnes Takács (Ms.) as an employee representative of the Supervisory Board will be terminated as of 22 September 2022.

According to the resolution of the Founder No. 14/2022. (XI 14.) issued by the exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt., as of 23 September 2022 dr. Anett Vékony (Ms.) has been elected as an employee representative to act for a 5 year term as member of the Supervisory Board.
