Appointment of CFO to Board of Directors

Ondo InsurTech Plc (LON: ONDO) announces that Kevin Withington CFO will be appointed to the Board of Directors for Ondo InsurTech PLC and to its wholly owned subsidiaries today 26(th) September 2022.

There are no further regulatory disclosures with regards to Mr. Withington's appointment to the Board which would require disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
