Change in Supervisory Board members

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Eesti Energia AS held on 30 March 2023 decided to recall Tarmo Porgand from the Supervisory Council of Eesti Energia effective immediately.

The reason for recalling Porgand was insufficient information exchange between the owner and the supervisory counsel.
