Transaction in Own Shares

EPE Special Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that, on 18 April 2023, it transferred a total of 211,868 shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from the Company's treasury to the trustee of the Company's JOSP Scheme (the "EBT") (the "Transfer"). The Transfer will allow awards to be made under the Company's JOSP Scheme.

The Transfer was at a price of 165.20 pence per share, representing the volume weighted average share price of trades in the Company's Ordinary Shares for the five trading days prior to the day of Transfer.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, following the Transfer and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 29,876,847 Ordinary Shares.

The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury following the Transfer is 4,739,707 Ordinary Shares.
