Clarification regarding Administrators

Contrary to recent media reports the board wishes to clarify that it has not appointed administrators and Pittards continues to trade. On 8 August 2023 it filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators to provide protection against creditors whilst a buyer for the business and assets is sought.
