HC Slingsby PLC, one of the market leaders in the distribution of industrial and commercial equipment, announces that Morgan Morris, Group Chief Executive, purchased 4,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), via his self-invested personal pension, at a price of 259.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 November 2023.

Following this purchase, Morgan Morris has a total beneficial interest in 105,489 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 10.05 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
