Sale of Retained Bonds

GBP400,000,000 2.00 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2036

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has today sold GBP100,000,000 in principal amount of its Bonds.

In accordance with the trust deed dated on 7 May 2021 which constituted and secured the Bonds, the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds as detailed in the Prospectus dated 5 May 2021.

Following the sale, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Bonds in issue will be GBP400,000,000.
