An Extraordinary General Meeting in Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") will be held on 11 February 2025 at 09:00 (CET) as an electronic meeting. 1 Registration of participating shareholders; election of a person to chair the meeting and a person to co-sign the minutes
