                              Despatch of circular

Further to the announcement made on 22 February 2005, the Company has today
despatched to shareholders a circular containing a notice of extraordinary
general meeting to approve the proposed subscription by Milebeach Limited of
ordinary shares in the Company for #75,000, to grant an option to Milebeach
Limited and to effect a necessary preliminary capital reorganisation.  The EGM
has been convened for 9.00am on Monday 21 March 2005.
