Timing of half year results announcement

Following the revised indicative cash offer by SDL plc ("SDL") announced on 10 November 2011, the Board of Alterian has been actively engaged in preparing for, and progressing discussions.

With this in mind it is no longer the Board's intention to announce the Company's half year results on 16 November 2011. The results will be announced by the end of November 2011.
