Following both the exercise of 4,158,077 options under the Alterian Share Option Plan and the issue and allotment of one Ordinary Share to SDL plc, the Company can confirm that, in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), it has 66,539,147 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the UK ISIN code GB0009221044.
