Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing
Authority for the admission to the Official List of 400,000 Ordinary 10 pence
shares.

The shares have been issued in connection with exercise of options from the
Company's share option scheme and rank pari passu with the existing class of
Ordinary 10 pence shares.
