                                 Board changes



The Board of Greatfleet (the "Board") announces that Stuart Blake, the Company's
Chief Executive Officer, has decided to step down from the Board with immediate
effect due to ill health. Stuart Blake will, health depending, continue to make
himself available to the Greatfleet business as a consultant as and when
required.



In light of Stuart Blake's resignation as Chief Executive Officer the Board has
today appointed Colin Gerstein and Antony Cox to the Board as executive
directors. Colin Gerstein will assume the role of the Company's Chief Executive
Officer with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Greatfleet. In this
he will be assisted by Antony Cox and Greatfleet's existing management team.



Colin Gerstein and Antony Cox were co-founders of Qualitas People Solutions ("
Qualitas") in 2003 which was acquired by Greatfleet on 12 September 2007. Colin
Gerstein has over 25 years experience of operating mid-sized businesses and was
responsible for all back office functions and strategy at Qualitas. Antony Cox
has over 20 years of recruitment experience and was responsible for developing
the sales and training activities of Qualitas in both Ireland and Scotland.
Following the acquisition of Qualitas, Colin Gerstein owns 8,750,000 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 9.53% of the issued share capital of
Greatfleet and Antony Cox owns 8,750,000 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 9.53% of the issued share capital of Greatfleet.



In addition, the Board announces that Jonathan Hill, Non-Executive Chairman of
the Company, has stepped down from the Board to pursue his other business
interests. John Baker, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will
assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman.  John Baker has been a Non-Executive
Director of the Company since 2003 and has extensive experience in both the
public and private sectors.



The Board also announces the appointment of Karl Monaghan as a Non-Executive
Director of the Company with immediate effect. In addition to his role as a
Non-Executive Director, Karl will provide ad hoc consultancy services to support
the Company's executive management team. Karl Monaghan trained as a Chartered
Accountant with KPMG in Dublin and subsequently worked in the corporate finance
departments at a number of merchant banks and stockbrokers. He has experience in
advising companies in the staffing sector. He set up Ashling Capital LLP in
December 2002 to provide consultancy services to quoted and private companies.
Karl Monaghan does not have any interest in the share capital of Greatfleet.



Following these changes the Board of Greatfleet will consist of John Baker
(Non-Executive Chairman), Colin Gerstein (Chief Executive Officer), Antony Cox
(Executive Director), Keith Lassman (Non-Executive Director) and Karl Monaghan
(Non-Executive Director).



Following these board changes, the management team, led by Colin Gerstein, will
be conducting a thorough review of the Company's operations, the results of
which will be announced as appropriate.



John Baker, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "I would like to thank Stuart
Blake for all his hard work over the past three years in developing the
Greatfleet business and wish him a speedy recovery. I would also like to thank
Jonathan Hill for his contribution as Chairman of Greatfleet since July 2005.
Finally, I would also like to welcome Colin, Tony and Karl to the Board and look
forward to working with them."



Colin Gerstein, Chief Executive Officer, added: "I am excited about the
potential of the combined Greatfleet and Qualitas' businesses and am looking
forward to working with Greatfleet's board and management team to generate
shareholder value."



Stuart Blake commented: "I am proud of what we have achieved over the past
couple of years and I wish Colin Gerstein and the employees of the Company well
in further developing the Greatfleet business."
