GABELLI MERGER PLUS+ TRUST PLC (the 'Company')
Results of Annual General Meeting 30 November 2023
The Company a nnounces that at the sixth Annual General Meeting
("AGM") of the Company duly convened and held on Thursday, 30
November 2023, all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting
were duly passed on a poll.
