Relax Group, the debt advisory specialists, was informed on 21 February 2009 
that Bernard Asher, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in 
the Company at 100p per share on 20 February 2009.  Mr Asher now has an interest 
in 50,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.16 percent of the issued
