                        VTR Plc ("VTR" or the "Company")

                               Change of Year end



The Company announces that it has changed its year end from 31 August to 31
March, with immediate effect.  This decision has been taken to bring VTR's year
end into line with that of Prime Focus Limited, who own 53.02 per cent. of the
Company's ordinary shares.



The Company will produce audited results for the 7 month period from 1 September
2006 to 31 March 2007.  These are expected to be released by the end of June
2007.
