$1.0 billion aggregate principal
amount of its senior unsecured notes. Of these notes, $500 million will mature on March 15, 2019 - offered at a par price of
99.477%, and the remaining will mature on March 15, 2021 - offered at a par price of
99.281%, with coupon rates of 2.125% and 3.000%, respectively. The
Company expected to receive approximately $991.8 million after deducting underwriting
discounts, and the net proceeds will be used to pay a substantial
portion of the redemption and/or conversion price of 3.125% Junior
Subordinated Convertible Debentures due 2037 redeemable by Xilinx

Devices, Inc. (Analog Devices) reported its Q1 FY 2014 financial
results (period ended February 1,
2014). Revenues for Q1 FY 2014 jumped 1.0% YoY to
$628.2 million, while it was down
7.4% on a sequential basis. Net income for the quarter was
$152.6 million or $0.48 per diluted share, compared to $131.2 million or $0.42 per diluted share in Q1 FY 2013.

ended the quarter with a book to bill that was above one and we
expect this momentum to continue in the second quarter. We are
