On February 18, 2014, Analog Devices, Inc. (Analog Devices) reported its Q1 FY 2014 financial results (period ended February 1, 2014). Revenues for Q1 FY 2014 jumped 1.0% YoY to $628.2 million, while it was down 7.4% on a sequential basis. Net income for the quarter was $152.6 million or $0.48 per diluted share, compared to $131.2 million or $0.42 per diluted share in Q1 FY 2013. Vincent Roche, President and CEO, Analog Devices, said, "In January, order rates began to improve. We ended the quarter with a book to bill that was above one and we expect this momentum to continue in the second quarter.
