Analog Devices Inc. said it is withdrawing the financial forecast it previously offered for its current quarter, which ends on May 2.

"The economic and social effects caused by Covid-19 are currently creating supply chain disruption and uncertainty around future demand," the semiconductor maker said Thursday.

The Norwood, Mass.-based company characterized customer demand in the quarter as resilient and said it will provide further updates when it issues quarterly results in May.
